- Proposed Ordinance 2025-XX: Ordinance Establishing Building Regulations and Fee Schedules-Second Reading
(Establishes building regulations and fee schedules to ensure cost recovery and operational efficiency. The proposed updates include increasing the certified mail fee to reflect the actual cost of mailing and revising residential and commercial permit fees to improve cost-effectiveness for the city)

- Consideration of Ground-Penetrating Radar Quotes-KIA Grant
(Ground-penetrating radar (GPR) is a non-invasive technique that uses electromagnetic waves to create images of what lies beneath the surface. It produces a continuous, real-time view of underground features in soil and rock layers. Public Works Department could use this technology tool for safety, planning, and efficiency in infrastructure work)
