- Non-Exclusive Franchise Agreement between the City of Oak Grove and Mediacom Southeast LLC
(This agreement grants Mediacom the non-exclusive right to build, operate, and maintain a cable television system within the city while establishing rules for service standards, infrastructure use, customer service obligations, insurance, compliance, and franchise enforcement) - Council to reject all bids submitted for the Dump Truck
