Dog License
Every person who owns a dog or cat that is six months old or older and resides within the city limits shall apply to City Hall, 8505 Pembroke Oak Grove Rd., Oak Grove, KY, for a license for each dog or cat owned by them, see KRS 258.135.
City tags are renewable from July 1st to June 30th of each year and are $5.00 per animal.
