(Repeals the 2024 Tax Levy ordinance following adoption of the 2025-13 Tax Levy Ordinance. Violations under the 2024 levy remain enforceable. This action updates and organizes the city’s ordinances) - Proposed Ordinance 2025-XX: Repeal of Ordinance 2025-11 (Classification and Compensation Plan) – Second Reading
(Repeals the previously adopted 2025-11 Classification and Compensation Plan Ordinance following adoption of the new 2025-15 plan. This action updates and organizes the city’s ordinances)

(This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Community Center)
- Proposed Ordinance 2025-XX: Ordinance Establishing Building Regulations and Fee Schedules-First Reading
(Establishes building regulations and fee schedules to ensure cost recovery and operational efficiency. The proposed updates include increasing the certified mail fee to reflect the actual cost of mailing and revising residential and commercial permit fees to improve cost-effectiveness for the city)
