City Hall is the administration building of a municipal government. If a resident has any questions, concerns or complaints they may call or stop by to address the matter. Our goal is to help all our residents and civilians any way that we possibly can. We do our best each and every day to help make Oak Grove prosper into a better community!
If you are requesting information on a matter that is considered public records, please fill the following form out and turn into City Hall (you are only required to sign and date the front page and fill out the first two sections of the second page). By law, we have 3 business days to respond back. This excludes the day you requested it, the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and any legal holidays.
Pursuant to KRS 61.870 TO 61.884, the public is notified that the public records of City of Oak Grove are open for inspection by any person on written application to City of Oak Grove. Our physical address is 8505 Pembroke Oak Grove Rd Oak Grove, KY 42262. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 250 Oak Grove, KY 42262. Regular business hours are from 8:00-4:30, Monday-Friday, each week, except holidays. Application forms for the inspection of public records of this agency will be furnished, upon request to the custodian of records. The designated custodian of records for the City of Oak Grove is the City Clerk and in the absence of the City Clerk, the custodian role will be passed to the Deputy City Clerk.
